1. Introduction and acceptance of terms

These Terms apply to all services provided by Greenfield Flockcare Ltd, including but not limited to flock health inspections, sheep grazing and pasture management, lambing season support, sheep shearing coordination, parasite control planning, breeding and flock record advice, and animal welfare guidance.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, our services are advisory and support-based and do not replace the judgement, statutory responsibilities, or professional obligations of veterinarians, licensed animal health professionals, or the Client.

We may adapt the scope, timing, and method of service delivery to reflect the condition of the flock, seasonal requirements, weather, access constraints, animal welfare considerations, biosecurity concerns, and any other relevant operational factors.

3. User obligations and responsibilities

You acknowledge that animal handling and farm operations involve inherent risks, including injury, escape, stress, disease transmission, and property damage. You are responsible for maintaining suitable fencing, handling facilities, and supervision unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment terms and conditions

Fees for our services will be set out in a quotation, proposal, invoice, service schedule, or other written agreement provided by Greenfield Flockcare Ltd. If no specific fee arrangement is agreed, our standard rates will apply.

If payment is not received by the due date, we may charge interest on overdue sums at the statutory rate permitted by applicable law, together with reasonable costs of recovery.

5. Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellations must be made by the Client as early as possible and, where practicable, in writing by email or telephone confirmation followed by written notice.

Refunds, where applicable, will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

6. Liability limitations

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Any recommendations provided by us are based on information available at the time and are subject to change as conditions on the ground change. The Client remains responsible for final decisions relating to flock management, welfare, treatment, breeding, and commercial operations.

7. Intellectual property rights

All intellectual property rights in materials created, supplied, or used by Greenfield Flockcare Ltd in connection with the services, including reports, templates, records, checklists, images, text, methodologies, and documents, remain the property of Greenfield Flockcare Ltd or its licensors, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Upon full payment of all amounts due, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use deliverables supplied for the Client's internal business purposes only. The Client must not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, license, or otherwise exploit our materials without our prior written consent.

The Client warrants that any materials, records, photographs, or data supplied to us do not infringe the rights of any third party.

8. Data protection and privacy

Greenfield Flockcare Ltd processes personal data in connection with enquiries, bookings, service delivery, invoicing, communications, record keeping, and compliance obligations. We will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.

We may collect and process information including names, contact details, farm and flock records, service history, payment information, and any other data necessary for the performance of the services.

We may share personal data with trusted service providers, professional advisers, payment processors, or authorities where reasonably necessary, lawful, or required for operational, legal, or regulatory purposes.
